1. Information we collect
When you use WagDay, we collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, business details, and pet profiles. We also collect usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the platform.

- Send transactional emails (booking confirmations, reminders)
- Improve our platform based on usage patterns
- Respond to support requests
3. Data storage and security
WagDay configures its primary application and database infrastructure in Australia where the provider supports it. Named service providers may process or store limited data overseas. There is no end-to-end Australian residency guarantee. See the processor disclosure for what is known and what remains to be confirmed.
Cloudflare R2 uses a best-effort Oceania location hint for files, not a contractual residency guarantee. PostHog processes analytics data through its US host; this does not establish a guaranteed storage location.
4. Service providers and processing locations
The providers below support particular features; not every provider receives every person’s information. A configured region or endpoint does not by itself guarantee where data is stored. “To be confirmed” means we do not yet have verified evidence for that detail.
This table is reviewed whenever a provider or region changes.

6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies are used via PostHog to understand how the platform is used. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
