Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using WagDay ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. The Service is operated by WagDay (ABN 21 697 437 767).

2. Account responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
  • One organisation account per business entity

3. Acceptable use

The Service is intended for use by pet care facilities in Australia. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, or interfere with other users' access.

4. Subscriptions and payments

WagDay is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. You may cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of your current billing period.

5. Data and content

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Service availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, WagDay is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
