Photos, videos and report cards
Where to find photos, videos and report cards from your dog's visits — and why a quiet day doesn't mean a bad day.
Half the fun of daycare is seeing what your dog got up to. Here's where everything lands.
The Gallery
Gallery in the portal collects every photo and video from every visit, grouped by dog — so if you have two dogs, each gets their own section. Tap any item to open the gallery for the booking it came from.
Photos from a specific booking
Want just one day's photos?
- Go to Bookings and open the booking.
- Choose Photos (or Open photo gallery from the booking page).
You'll see that visit's photos and videos, newest memories included. The booking page itself also shows a small preview.
Report cards
Report cards are care updates written and published by staff — how your dog's day went, who they played with, and sometimes a mood rating.
- On the booking, under Report cards — each one shows its date and mood; open it for the full update.
- On Home, under Recent updates, alongside the latest photos.
- Staff can also leave Notes from Staff on a booking — worth a look after any visit.
A quiet day doesn't mean a bad day
Photos and report cards appear when staff publish them — and staff are busy looking after dogs first, cameras second. A day with no new photos usually just means a busy day at the facility, not a bad one for your dog. If you're ever worried, ring the facility and ask how your dog's going.
